* Although we do our best to ship items as quickly as possible within the time frames noted above, on some occasions due to circumstances out with our control our couriers may delay shipment. If this happens with your order Becoming the 0.1% will be happy to either refund your shipping cost and proceed with the shipment at the next available collection or to refund the order in full if this is not acceptable.

Sometimes bad things happen but we will always do our best to fix them and if we can’t then you get your money back. Can’t say fairer than that!

Preorders And Subscription Boxes

Preorders and Subscription Boxes are shipped within 21 days after the END DATE of the preorder.
These products are made specifically for customers ordering.

Please allow for this when ordering and be aware next day and express shipping options will be applied once products are ready to ship.
ALL products in an order containing the above will ship at same time.

Missed Parcels

All couriers that we use send updates on where your parcel is and offer delivery alternatives to suit you. Please ensure that you input your correct email address and mobile phone number to allow you full control of your delivery.

All deliveries will be attempted three times, on each occasion you will be given an opportunity to re-arrange your delivery to a more suitable time or location.

If you do not contact the courier and they have made three attempts it is at this point the items will be returned to the warehouse. We will issue a refund for the goods minus the return postal charge and any additional fees incurred.

We advise that you ensure your delivery address is correct; that you have provided a valid email and mobile phone number and that you have selected a delivery address that is convenient (Home or work).

Duty and other charges

Please be aware that some countries charge taxes & Duty on goods received into the country. It is the customers’ responsibility to pay for these.

If the customer forfeits the payment or does not accept the package due to the customs charges then the items will be returned to our warehouse. We will refund the cost of goods minus the shipping and any charges incurred while in transit.

In some cases this can mean a forfeit of any refund as return shipping and associated charges can equal more than the amount paid for the goods so we highly recommend you look into any additional costs before you place your order.
