We understand that sometimes things just don't work out, which is why we offer a hassle-free return policy to make your shopping experience as stress-free as possible.

Returns Policy

14-day returns or exchanges for items, including sale items. Postage costs will not be refunded unless the fault is ours.

Condition of Returns

All returned items must be in their original condition, including tags and packaging. Stickers and free items must not be removed.

Responsibility

Goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please package returns to prevent damage. We are not responsible for returns made in error.

Return Procedure

Include a note with your name and order number for efficient processing.

Postage for Our Mistake

We cover postage costs if we made the mistake. Send us a photo of the shipping receipt.

Replacement Not Available

If a replacement is unavailable, we will notify you and find a solution. This may be a full refund or an exchange for a similar item.

Returns (UK Only)

For refunds, the cost of the return will be paid by the customer via a courier option of their choice. We recommend Signed for shipping at least.

Returns with Budget Shipping

A maximum £4.50 postage can be claimed upon shipping items with errors or items with manufacturing faults. A valid shipping receipt must be sent with the return or emailed to: returns@noughtpointone.co.uk

Worldwide Returns

For non-UK customers, please return items back to the address found on your returns form. Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot offer a free returns service for parcels delivered to non-UK addresses and return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please ensure you keep proof of postage as the items remain your responsibility until they are delivered to our warehouse.

Missed Parcels

Any items not delivered due to the recipient not being home will be returned to the depot after the second attempt, items not collected from the depot will be returned to us and we will issue a full refund MINUS the postal charges. We advise customers to select an address where they can guarantee someone is there to receive the item (home or place of work).
