‘Gareth strikes a beautiful balance between high performance and being human in a modern workplace. A performance mindset is crucial in the current climate, without loosing sight of how we take care of one another. Gareth delivers this message perfectly.’
– Tom Frame, Founder & Director of Etch Group
‘Gareth was our keynote speaker at our conference which brought together farmers, land managers and rural professionals. At first glance Gareth’s experience of serving with the Royal Marines might seem like a poor fit with his tweed clad audience; however his messages about not seeing setbacks as failures; being disciplined to manage small habits effectively and overcoming the natural human instinct to panic in extremely stressful situations are things that really resonated with our audience and will I am sure be of interest to other industries. Gareth’s presentation style is energetic and engaging which made him the perfect start to our conference. The established wisdom is that you should never meet your heroes; but forget that rule and book Gareth for your next event!’
