Gareth Timmins is a former Royal Marines Commando and founder of NOUGHT POINT ONE® . He is a bestselling author and PhD researcher at the University of Huddersfield, and specialises in rapid decision-making under pressure and cognitive endurance, helping organisations build cultures that sustain high performance.
He has contributed to the Entrepreneurial Thinking MSc at the University of Surrey Business School, focusing on the perception of fear, and has worked with organisations including Counter Terrorism Policing (UK), KIA Motors, QBE, and Leeds Rhinos. He continues to apply his work in real-world environments through endurance challenges such as the ROW4MND campaign.

Gareth is an author and former Royal Marines Commando. He is undertaking PhD research exploring rapid decision-making under time pressure. His work focuses on controlling the elicitation of irrational belief structures to improve the accuracy and consistency of high-pressure decisions during elite military operations. While also increasing success during frontline emergency responses in high-pressure, life-threatening situations.
David is an experienced executive and non-executive director with businesses that operate in highly regulated environments. His core skill is leadership and people development, positioning this as the fundamental bedrock for achieving business growth and wider corporate ambitions.
Jason Cranswick is a seasoned executive coach and strategic advisor, known for his extensive leadership experience across the UK automotive industry and beyond. As a collaborator with NPO, he helps leaders harness their potential, blending elite coaching techniques with real-world insight. Working with Jason is a catalyst for growth - empowering individuals and teams to operate at the top of their game.
Dom Smith leads creative direction at NOUGHT POINT ONE®, shaping how its thinking is communicated across brand, design, and content.
